Khaan Soft LLC ("we", "us", "our") provides software development, consultation, and related digital services. All services are provided subject to a separate project agreement or statement of work that defines the specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms.
Upon full payment for services, clients receive full ownership of the custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project. We retain the right to use non-proprietary, reusable components and tools in other projects. Third-party libraries and open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Each project is governed by a written agreement specifying scope, milestones, payment schedule, and acceptance criteria. Changes to scope after project commencement shall be handled through a change request process and may affect timeline and cost.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party services integrated into client projects.
We treat all client information, project details, and business data as confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by arbitration in Ulaanbaatar if necessary.
